The core Team
CEO
As CEO of Ingenuity Live, Jeff is a graduate of the EO Entrepreneur Master’s Program at MIT, holds a leadership role as Past President of the Vancouver Entrepreneur’s Organization, is an Executive Board Member of the Vancouver Police Foundation, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Plastic Bank. Jeff is a 40 under 40 winner, an active public speaker, and travels the globe looking for the next disruption in the entertainment space. When not networking, Jeff can be seen out on the lake boating or enjoying an amazing meal with family and friends.
CFO
David joins Ingenuity Live after a successful career in commercial and corporate banking. He is an expert on key finance related issues such as structuring leveraged buyouts, acquisition and divestiture of lines of business, and on growing companies and brands in a controlled and profitable manner. David has managed loan portfolios in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesaling, financial services, and real estate and has been involved in financing technology companies at various stages of their development. As well, David brings a strong network of contacts with venture capitalists, private equity lenders and various other debt and equity providers to the company. An avid golfer with love for a good scotch, David’s joy can be found in his two beautiful kids.
TALENT AND OPERATIONS MANAGER
Fara brings her extensive 20 year knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry, and her many years of strategic planning and client services, to oversee the Talent Management and Operations of the team. With her energetic passion for people, combined with her natural leadership skills, her organizational finesse, strong commitment to relationship building, and bringing a positive approach to problem solving, is highly respected which she uses to advise and guide talent on best practices both professional and personal. She strengthens the Ingenuity Live community by creating deep partnerships with talent, partners, and staff. Outside work, you can find her exploring new adventures with her daughter, her everything, Ashlyn.
BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
Mel leads the Partnership team at Ingenuity Live. She works closely with brands, casting directors, networks and streaming platforms, connecting our talent to the right opportunities. Together with the partnerships team, she helps create a unique brand strategy for each talent. She is passionate about finding the right fit for both the talent and the brand. Away from work you can find her spending time outdoors with her family.
MEDIA RELATIONS
Brittany takes care of all things media related for Ingenuity Live. This includes working with various different types of media outlets for talent, creating social media posts for IL, and tracking social media analytics for talent. She utilizes her time management and social media marketing knowledge to take on projects such as creating media kits and social media guides for talent. Brittany is originally from Boise, ID and graduated from Boise State University with a double major in Business and Human Resource Management as well as a minor in Marketing. She lives in Corpus Christi, TX with her husband, 3 dogs and an aquarium. Brittany’s favorite hobbies are taking care of her houseplants, working out and reading.
TALENT MANAGER
Carrie brings over 15 years of event marketing, promotions and client services to her role as Talent Manager. Carrie utilizes her organization, time management and negotiation skills to achieve driven results for both clients and talent. Away from work, she spends most weekends catching her daughters playing soccer or enjoying early morning runs. Most of all, she enjoys being part of an amazing team of experts making talent’s dreams a reality one goal at a time.
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Nicole’s love for people and money make her the perfect department lead. She is an expert accountant and ensures that this side of the business is running smoothly so that it can take care of its people internally and talent alike. Nicole has a keen eye for detail and is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone asking for payments, so in other words, she’s usually one to keep in your good books! A daredevil at heart, Nicole has a myriad of interests that range from motocross to knitting, from softball to reading and her new love is her puppy, Ziggy.
