CEO
As CEO of Ingenuity Live, Jeff is a graduate of the EO Entrepreneur Master’s Program at MIT, holds a leadership role as Past President of the Vancouver Entrepreneur’s Organization, is an Executive Board Member of the Vancouver Police Foundation, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Plastic Bank. Jeff is a 40 under 40 winner, an active public speaker, and travels the globe looking for the next disruption in the entertainment space.
When not networking, Jeff can be seen out on the lake boating or enjoying an amazing meal with family and friends.
CFO
David joins Ingenuity Live after a successful career in commercial and corporate banking. He is an expert on key finance related issues such as structuring leveraged buyouts, acquisition and divestiture of lines of business, and on growing companies and brands in a controlled and profitable manner. David has managed loan portfolios in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesaling, financial services, and real estate and has been involved in financing technology companies at various stages of their development. As well, David brings a strong network of contacts with venture capitalists, private equity lenders and various other debt and equity providers to the company.
An avid golfer with love for a good scotch, David’s joy can be found in his two beautiful kids.
BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
Mel leads the Partnership team at Ingenuity Live. She works closely with brands, casting directors, networks and streaming platforms, connecting our talent to the right opportunities. Together with the partnerships team, she helps create a unique brand strategy for each talent. She is passionate about finding the right fit for both the talent and the brand.
Away from work you can find her spending time outdoors with her family.
TALENT MANAGER
Brittany is a seasoned media professional and Talent Manager who blends creative strategy with hands-on experience in digital media, brand partnerships, and influencer management. She collaborates closely with talent and diverse media outlets to shape compelling content, strengthen online presence, and translate analytics into intentional growth. Brittany leads everything from media kit development to full social strategy builds, tailoring each approach to the talent she represents.
Originally from Boise, Idaho, she graduated from Boise State University with a dual major in Business and Human Resource Management and a minor in Marketing. She now lives in Corpus Christi, Texas with her husband, four dogs, and a couple of thriving aquariums. Outside of work, Brittany recharges by tending to her 200+ houseplants, designing jewelry, working out, and diving into a good book.
TALENT MANAGER
In her current role, Carrie leads the day-to-day operations for a designated and growing global roster of top-tier talent and influencers. She develops bespoke 3-1-3, goal-oriented career strategies designed to elevate each talent’s trajectory and achieve success collaboratively. Carrie also negotiates and secures brand partnerships for exclusive talent across a wide range of content categories.
Outside of work, she spends most weekends on the sidelines watching her daughters play soccer or enjoying early morning runs. Above all, she values being part of an exceptional team of experts dedicated to making talent’s dreams a reality one goal at a time.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
With a knack for keeping numbers in line and a passion for helping others, Rowe brings a unique blend of organizational expertise and heartfelt support to our accounting department.
As a dedicated mom of three wonderful young men, she understands the value of time spent with loved ones and brings that same warmth and care to her work family. Rowe’s love for the outdoors and basking in the sunshine mirrors her positive outlook on life and her ability to create a harmonious atmosphere wherever she goes. Whether she’s crunching numbers or engaging in uplifting conversations, Rowe’s commitment to ensuring everything runs smoothly shines through in every task she takes on.
